Boy what a crew!! This is what the Cannonball is all about. Other riders and mechanics have come to offer tools, support, help in one way or another.
Obviously everyone is pulling for you, and so are we. I think that many didn’t think that you had a chance at all and now are really hoping that you can roll into Tacoma with a successful completion.
Will be interested to eventually hear what you decide were the causative factors in your difficulties—–defective valves or that plus other things.

Looks like you had to tig the seat in. then I see an angle cutter, and then value lapping going on. we all wish you the best of luck on the last 142 miles!!!
